IZANAGI Online's story takes place in the Fifth Continent, where strict rules have been laid down in the Civilization Charter. Due to the sudden increase in monsters, people's living spaces have become dangerously restricted. In response, ninjas - those skilled in ninjutsu - are now employed for various tasks such as carrying goods, protecting VIPs, and eliminating monsters. Guided by the Great Four (G4), the leading figures among the ninjas, they are sent to different lands to prepare for battles against unknown monsters. The ninjas devote themselves to intense training.
